  • 2 - chipotles in adobo, seeded
  • 1/2 cups - ketchup
  • 1/4 cups - pure maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons - cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons - unsalted butter, softened
  • Directions:

    In a food processor, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Scrape mixture into a small saucepan and allow to simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, until glossy.
