Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 kilograms - brisket, chunks.
  • 5 cloves - garlic, smashed
  • 1 whole - ginger root, grated
  • 6 tablespoons - oyster sauce
  • 1 cups - water, to cover
  • 2 tablespoons - thick black soya sauce, to colour
  • 1 teaspoons - salt, to taste
  • Directions:

    Put all the ingredients into slow cooker for 4 hrs high or 8 hrs low.
    Can substitute 5 tbsp Grated ginger in bottles instead of freshly grated.
    Add enough water to just cover 2/3 level.
