  • 2 tablespoons - paprika
  • 3 teaspoons - ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons - chili powder
  • 1 teaspoons - coriander
  • 1 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
  • Directions:

    In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. At least 15 minutes before grilling, sprinkle the rub over the chicken. Use fingers to rub the spice mixture all over until chicken is thoroughly coated.
