Chili Quiche Tell a Friend

  • 2 cans - (large cans) green chilies
  • 1 pounds - Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons - flour
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons - onion flakes
  • 1 3/4 cups - milk
  • Directions:

    Spread opened chilies on 10-by-15-inch cookie sheet sprayed with PAM.

    Mix flour with grated cheese.

    Beat eggs with milk; add onion flakes, salt and pepper and cheese with flour.

    Pour over chilies and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Cool and cut into squares (makes about 40 to 50 squares).

    Brief Description

    Green chilies baked as bottom of quiche seasoned with cheese and onion; cut into small squares for serving.
