Chicken Spaghetti Tell a Friend

  • 1 - whole chicken
  • 1 sticks - butter or margarine
  • - chopped onion
  • - chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cans - cream of celery OR cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cups - grated cheese
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 packages - spaghetti, cooked
  • - grated cheddar cheese, for sprinkling on top
  • Directions:

    1. Cook (boil) 1 whole chicken. (Remove chicken meat and shred or chop).

    2. In a large skillet or other cookware, melt butter or margarine; add chopped onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.

    3. Add cream of mushroom and cream of celery or chicken soup to the skillet. Add the cooked chicken and one cup of grated cheese.

    4. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and some salt and pepper. Mix it all up and put in a casserole bowl. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.

    5. Bake in the oven at 350° F for about 30 minutes.
