Chicken Pot Pie Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 - pie crusts
  • 2 cups - cooked cubed chicken
  • 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 teaspoons - pepper
  • 1 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  • 1 bags - frozen mixed vegetables
  • Directions:

    Combine chicken, soup, mayo, pepper and veggies. Pour into an unbaked pie crust.

    Top with the second crust. Seal and cut slits in the top. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown (about 20-25 minutes).

    Notes

    I always knew there was a new baby in our church when my mama would make this delicious pot pie. She would make one for our family and one to take to the new mommy. It is comfort food at its best. It also freezes beautifully. If you are pressed for time, you can use a rotisserie chicken.
