  • 4 - chicken breasts, cooked, chopped
  • 1 packages - sour cream
  • 2 cans - cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoons - poppy seeds
  • 1/2 sticks - butter, melted
  • 1/2 - sleeve of Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • Directions:

    Mix together the sour cream with the cream of chicken soup; stir in poppy seeds.

    In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and crumbled Ritz crackers.

    Butter the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Place chopped chicken into baking dish. Pour soup mixture over top of chicken. Top with cracker crumb mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees F until mixture bubbles (about 25-30 minutes).
