Chicken Lasagna Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 9 - lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cups - butter
  • 3 cups - fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves - or 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups - flour
  • 2 tablespoons - chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups - milk
  • 2 cups - chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cups - fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 cups - Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups - Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups - grated mozzarella cheese
  • Directions:

    Melt butter, sauté mushrooms and remove from heat.

    To butter, add garlic, salt, lemon juice, flour, bouillon and milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened (like white sauce).

    Stir in chicken & parsley.

    Layer with sauce, pasta & cheese two to three times. Cook at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes and serve.
