Ingredients:

  • 3 - chicken breast
  • 1/2 cups - flour
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 1/4 cup - shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup - sliced bacon
  • 1/2 cup - sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup - chopped sweet onion
  • 1 cup - heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons - butter
  • 1 cup - Parmesan
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • Directions:

    In med bowl add flour, S&P, and 1/2 cup Parmesan and mix. Dredge chicken. In large frying pan heat olive oil and butter and fry chicken on both sides till done. Take chicken out of pan and add bacon. Cook bacon till 1/2 way done then add pepperoni, onion and garlic and sauté. Add heavy cream and Parmesan, S&P. And let cook till cheese is melted add chicken to pan and spoon sauce all over chicken. Serve hot.
