  • 1 - medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons - fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 1 - clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons - olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons - balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons - onion powder
  • - sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 5 ounces - raw chicken breast
  • Directions:

    Combine tomato, basil, garlic, oil, vinegar, onion powder, salt (if desired), and pepper (if desired) in a medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.

    Preheat grill or broiler on high.
    Grill or broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.

    Top chicken with tomato mixture.
