Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoons - oil
  • 1 pounds - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 cups - baby spinach leaves, washed, dried
  • 1 1/2 cups - instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1 cups - grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cans - condensed chicken broth, 10.5 oz.
  • 1/2 cups - water
  • 1/4 cups - Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • Directions:

    HEAT oil in large deep skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 to 8 min. or until done.

    ADD spinach, rice, tomatoes, broth and water; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.

    STIR in cheese.
