  • 8 cups - water
  • 1 1/2 cups - celery, sliced
  • 1 cups - carrots, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups - chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 packages - rice and vermicelli mix, chicken flavored
  • 4 teaspoons - chicken bouillon granules
  • Directions:

    In a large saucepan, bring water, celery and carrots to a boil. Stir in the chicken, rice mix and bouillon. Return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
