  • 2 whole - Eggs, separate the egg whites and yolks
  • 125 grams - Melted butter
  • 125 grams - Sugar
  • 100 whole - Almonds , Shredded
  • 150 grams - Chestnut puree
  • Directions:

    - separate the egg whites and yolks
    - beat the sugar with the yolks, add the melted butter, the shredded almond and the chestnut puree.
    - mix all the ingredients well
    - delicately add the whipped eggs whites
    - pour the batter into the muffin tin or form
    - bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
