Chef Pat’s Pasta with Lemon Oil Dressing Tell a Friend

  • - Your favorite pasta
  • 1/4 cups - Lemon flavored olive oil
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cups - Fresh Basil, julienned
  • 1/2 cups - Parmigiano Reggiano, shaved
  • Directions:

    Cook your favorite pasta al dente.

    Heat a medium saute pan over medium high heat. Add the lemon oil. Once the lemon oil is heated through, add the cooked pasta. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

    Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil and Parmigiano Reggiano.
