Cheesy Ziti with Broccoli Rabe Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - ziti
  • 1 pounds - broccoli rabe, chopped
  • 2 cups - ricotta
  • 3/4 teaspoons - crushed red pepper
  • 1 cups - grated Parmesan
  • Directions:

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes, adding broccoli rabe during the last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain, reserving one cup of cooking water.

    In a large pot, mix pasta, broccoli rabe, ricotta and crushed red pepper. Stir in pasta water by 1/4 cupfuls until sauce is creamy. Top with Parmesan before serving.
