Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cups - butter
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 containers - sour cream, 16 oz.
  • 1 cans - cream of chicken soup, 10.5 oz.
  • 1 cups - shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons - garlic powder
  • 1 packages - frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed, 30 oz.
  • 1 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  • Directions:

    • Preheat oven to 350.

    • Cook butter and onion, until soft.

    • In a large bowl combine onions and remaining ingredients.

    • Pour into a prepared baking dish.

    • Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
