Cheesy Crab Nachos Tell a Friend

  • 9 ounces - Tortilla chips
  • 16 ounces - Crab meat , 1 can, drained
  • 16 ounces - Refried beans, 1 can
  • 16 ounces - Mild Salsa
  • 12 ounces - Pickled Jalapeno Slices, drained
  • 16 ounces - Shredded Mexican Cheese blend
  • 1 cups - Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 - Lime, quartered
  • - Guacamole, optional
  • - Sour Cream, optional
  • Directions:

    1. Heat oven to 400°. Spread the tortilla chips on a large oven proof tray; set aside. Combine the crab meat, beans, salsa and jalapeno slices in a large bowl; spread the mixture on top of the chips. Top with cheese.
    2. Bake until the cheese melts, about 6 minutes. Squeeze lime over nachos; garnish with cilantro. Serve with guacamole and sour cream on the side, if using.
