Cheesy Bow Tie Chicken Tell a Friend

  • 2 packages - Frozen Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Dip, 8 oz. Each
  • 3 cups - Bow Tie Pasta, Uncooked
  • 3 cups - Rotisserie Chicken, Cubed
  • 1 cups - Roasted Sweet Red Peppers, Chopped
  • 1/3 cups - Pitted Greek Olives , Halved
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  • Directions:

    1. Heat the sip according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook the pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving a half cup of the pasta water. Return to pan.
    2. Stir in chicken, dip, peppers, olives, salt and pepper, adding enough reserved pasta water to reach a creamy consistency; heat through.
