CheeseCake Ricotta Pie Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

Crust
  • 1/3 cups - Buter, Melted
  • 2 tablespoons - Sugar
  • 22 whole - Graham crackers, crushed
  • Filling
  • 1 1/2 pounds - Ricotta Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons - Pastry Flour
  • 3/4 cups - Milk
  • 1/2 cups - Sugar
  • 3 whole - Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
  • - Cinnamon
  • Directions:

    Mix crust ingredients like a crust. Spread 1/2 the mixture on the bottom of a springform pan.
    Beat Ricotta Cheese. Add Sugar and Flour. Mix well.
    Add beaten Eggs, Milk and Vanilla.
    Add filing on top of the springform pan. Spring remaining crust mixture on top of filling.

    Sprinkle with a little Cinnamon. Bkae 350 - 375 F for an hour.
