Cheese Ball Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoons - Garlic salt
  • 2 cups - Swiss cheese, shredded (8 oz)
  • 2 cups - Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz)
  • 8 ounces - Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cups - Sour cream
  • 1/2 cups - Onion, dry, minced
  • 2 ounces - Jar pimiento, diced and drained
  • 2 tablespoons - Pickle relish
  • 10 slices - Bacon, crisp, drained, crumbled
  • 1/2 cups - Pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups - Dried parsley
  • Directions:

    Let all cheeses come to room temperature. Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until fluffy. Beat in Swiss and Cheddar cheeses. Add onion, pimiento, pickle relish, half the bacon, 1/4 cup of pecans and garlic salt. Roll in ball and chill. When firm, roll in remainder of bacon, parsley. Chill until serving.
