  • 4 pieces - chicken breast, frozen or thawed
  • 1 boxes - box of spaghetti
  • 1 whole - chopped bell pepper
  • 1 whole - chopped onion
  • 1 sticks - butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds - velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans - rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cans - small can of green peas
  • 1 cans - small can of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons - worcestershire sauce
  • Directions:

    Boil chicken in 3 quarts of water. Remove chicken from water and set aside. Boil spaghetti in remaining water per package instructions. Drain and set aside. Chop bell pepper and onion. Place chopped bell pepper, onion and butter in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 5 minutes. This will soften the vegetables. Cube velveeta cheese and place in large bowl. Pour warm spaghetti, bell pepper and onion mixture and all other ingredeants over cheese. Mix with stiff spoon until cheese in melted and everything is well mixed. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly. Enjoy!
