  • 1 cups - nonfat dry milk
  • 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons - ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoons - ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoons - ground cloves
  • dashes - ground red pepper, optional
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients.

    To prepare each serving of tea, stir 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of the tea mix into 8 ounces of hot brewed black tea.

    Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6 months.
