Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cups - Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups - Mirin
  • 2 tablespoons - Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons - Peanut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoons - Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons - Ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoons - Green Onion Bottoms, minced
  • 4 - salmon filets
  • 4 - Cedar Planks, Soak in water
  • Directions:

    Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, peanut oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and wasabi using immersion blender.

    Marinate salmon for 2 hours or overnight.

    Soak cedar planks in water for at least 1 hour.

    Preheat grill to medium. Rub planks with 1/2 teaspoon of vegatable oil, and place 1 filet on each plank, on the grill.

    Cook until salmon is just cooked through, about 10 minutes
