Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry Tell a Friend

  • 1 packages - cauliflower rice
  • 1 pounds - meat of your choice (chicken, beef, or pork)
  • 2 - large carrots
  • 1 - zucchini
  • 1 - crown of broccoli
  • 1 - onion
  • 2 - eggs
  • 4 tablespoons - soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons - teriyaki sauce
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Heat cauliflower rice according to package.

    Dice meat into bite size pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper.

    Grate carrots and zucchini using cheese grater. Break broccoli crown into bite size pieces. Dice onion.

    Sauté meat until fully cooked (times vary depending on the meat you select)l; once meat is fully cooked, remove from skillet/wok.

    Scramble eggs in skillet/wok.

    Add cauliflower rice, and all veggies to skillet/wok and sauté for 5 minutes.

    Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to skillet with cooked meat, and sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes.
