  • 1/2 pounds - carrots, cut in julienne strips
  • 1/4 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups - plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoons - Dijon style mustard
  • 2 tablespoons - snipped fresh dill
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • Directions:

    Steam carrots for 10 minutes.

    Whisk remaining ingredients together and add carrots.

    Serve at room temperature.
