  • 2 whole - large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 pieces - fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
  • 10 leaves - fresh basil
  • 1 pinchs - coarse sea salt
  • 1 pinchs - ground black pepper
  • Directions:

    1. Slice tomatoes thickly and lay on a serving platter.
    2. Slice fresh mozzarella thickly and layer on top.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
    4. Sprinkle over salt and pepper.
    5. Top with fresh basil.
