Campbell’s Slow Cooker Hearty Beef and Bean Chili Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds - Ground Beef
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves - Garlic, minced
  • 10 3/4 ounces - Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 can; regular or low sodium
  • 14 1/2 ounces - Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
  • 1/2 cups - Water
  • 30 ounces - Kidney Beans, 2 cans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cups - Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons - Ground Cumin
  • Directions:

    1.Cook the beef in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.

    2.Stir the beef, onion, garlic, soup, tomatoes, water, beans, chili powder and cumin in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

    3.Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours, or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
