Buffet Potatoes Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds - frozen potatoes (hash browns or french fries)
  • 1/2 cups - melted butter
  • 1/2 cups - chopped onions
  • 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pints - sour cream
  • 10 ounces - grated cheddar cheese
  • Directions:

    Thaw potatoes for about 45 minutes before assembling.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
