Buffalo Chicken Meatballs Tell a Friend

  • 4 tablespoons - butter
  • 1/3 cups - Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1/3 cups - Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  • 1/2 cups - Italian Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 2 stalks - celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons - garlic, minced
  • 1 - large egg
  • 1 teaspoons - onion powder
  • 1 pounds - ground chicken
  • 1 cups - shredded cheese, cheddar, monterey jack, colby
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 425 and cover a large baking pan with parchment paper
    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and hot sauce. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Stir
    In a medium size bowl, mix together remaining 9 ingredients until combined.
    Add half the (cooled) hot sauce mixture, and combine.
    Using a 1" cookie scoop, form meatballs, and transfer to prepared pan.
    Bake 15 minutes (until golden brown)
    Drizzle remaining hot sauce over meatballs before serving, or place in a bowl for dipping.

    If you like blue cheese, add 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese to the hot sauce mixture.
