  • 3 whole - tomatoes preferably vine-ripened, chopped
  • 8 leaves - fresh basil, roughly
  • 2 cloves - garlic, miinced
  • 1/4 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 dashes - balsamic viinegar
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 - baguette, warmed
  • Directions:

    Prepare and combine all ingredients except for baguette. Listed ingredients can be adjusted to suit your preference. You may want more garlic, more, less or no balsamic vinegar or more basil.
    Once bread is heated, slice the baguette and spoon the tomato mixture onto it. It may be drippy but who cares! It's sooo good!

    I call this 6 servings but it all depends on the size of the bread slices and size of tomatoes and no one EVER, eats just one serving of bruschetta! This recipe should give 2 people maybe 3 small slices of baguette.
