Broccoli Salad Tell a Friend

  • 1 pounds - bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 3 bunches - broccoli
  • 1/2 cups - raisins or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cups - unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1 - medium red onion, finely chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups - sugar
  • 2 tablespoons - cider vinegar
  • Directions:

    Cut broccoli into small pieces; add raisins, seeds and onion.

    Crumble dry crisp bacon in.

    Mix dressing and pour over top.

    Put in a bowl with a tight lid and turn it several times.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Broccoli with raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon and onion, tossed in creamy vinaigrette; refrigerate overnight before serving.
