Ingredients:

  • 2 cups - steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 - ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cups - fresh cilantro
  • - juice of two limes
  • dashes - hot sauce like Cholula or your favorite
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons - kosher salt
  • 1 - small fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cups - chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cups - chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cups - thawed frozen corn
  • 1/2 cups - green onion, sliced
  • Directions:

    In the food processor, place broccoli, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce, jalapeno, and salt. Process until creamy.

    Then add yogurt, chopped peppers, corn, and green onion.

    Pulse once or twice quickly and taste test for seasoning.
