Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds - Ground Pork
  • 1/4 cubes - Maple Syrup, The real kind
  • 1 tablespoons - Sage
  • 1 teaspoons - Marjoram
  • 2 teaspoons - Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons - Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoons - Onion Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 teaspoons - Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoons - Brown Sugar
  • Directions:

    Mix everything in a large bowl. Form into patties, wrap individually and freeze.
    Don't cook on too high of a heat, sugars will scorch.
