Breakfast Pizza Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces - vegetable or chives cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 - pizza crust (10.6 oz.)
  • 4 - large eggs
  • - salt and pepper
  • 3 slices - cooked bacon, chopped
  • Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Mix together the cream cheese and parmesan cheese until well blended and smooth.

    Spread over the pizza crust, leaving a slight lip at the edges.

    Carefully crack the eggs onto the crust and season with salt and pepper; bake in pre-heated oven for 5 minutes.

    Scatter chopped bacon on top and cook for 6 to 8 minutes longer until eggs are set.

    Sprinkle with chopped chives, if desired, before serving.
