Ingredients:

  • 1 cups - raw almonds
  • 1 cups - raw walnuts
  • 1 cups - raw pecans
  • 1 cups - pine nuts
  • 1 cups - raw unsweetened shaved coconut
  • 1 sticks - butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoons - stevia
  • 1 cups - almond butter or Valencia peanut butter
  • 1 cups - raw cacao nibs
  • Directions:

    Melt the butter and add the stevia and almond butter. Pour butter mix over nuts. Add cocoa nibs. Mix and let set.

    I love to serve this with yogurt. I usually only add a tiny bit of stevia. The most nutritious nuts are those soaked overnight then dried.
