  • 3 - mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cups - unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 cups - oats
  • 1/4 cups - almond milk
  • 1/2 cups - raisins
  • 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  • 1 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  • Directions:

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Lightly spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
    Drop by rounded teaspoon onto tray.
    Baket at 350, 15-20 minutes.

    Variations: Our favorite way to make these is to use 1/4 cup raisins and a 1/4 dried cranberries. Also, we occasionally throw in some chocolate chips to change it up a bit.

    These can be made with regular milk, but the almond milk does add a nice subtle difference to the flavor.

    The original recipe only called for 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, but we really love cinnamon so we double it.

    These are a fantastic afternoon snack.
