Bread Pudding Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups - Sugar
  • 4 - Egg
  • 2 cups - Whipping cream
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1 tablespoons - Grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  • 16 ounces - Loaf French bread , Cut into 2 in cubes
  • 1 cups - Fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Directions:

    Beat sugar and eggs at medium speed, electric mixer until fluffy. Add whipping cream and next 4 ingredients, beating until blended. Fold in bread cubes and blueberries, and pour into a lightly greased 14x9 pan. Let stand 10 min. (If not serving right away, you can put in fridge overnight).

    Bake at 375 for 40-45 min.
    Cool in pan for 5 min - serve with blueberry sauce.
