  • 1/2 cups - old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cups - milk, plus an extra splash for in the morning
  • 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoons - maple syrup
  • 1/2 cups - fresh blueberries
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl. Stir until everything is combined.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, splash a little milk on top and stir around again.
