Blueberries with Lemon Cream Tell a Friend

  • 4 ounces - reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cups - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  • 1 teaspoons - honey
  • 2 teaspoons - freshly grated lemon zest
  • - a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 2 cups - fresh blueberries
  • Directions:

    Mix cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and honey in a bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until light and creamy. Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.

    Layer the lemon cream and blueberries. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours.
