Black Olive Chimichurri Tell a Friend

  • 1/2 cups - pitted black olives
  • - a few large sprigs of fresh oregano, stemmed
  • 1 teaspoons - dried red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoons - sweet paprika
  • 3 tablespoons - fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cups - extra virgin olive oil
  • - salt
  • - freshly ground black pepper
  • Directions:

    Place all the ingredients for the chimichurri into a food processor and pulse until combined but still thick.

    Drizzle beef with about a T of chimichurri. Pour the rest into a small bowl and bring it to the table for those who would like more.
