  • 14 ounces - black-eyed peas, uncooked
  • 1 cans - Ro-tel
  • 3 tablespoons - garlic
  • - cooking oil
  • - ham, cubed or chopped
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • 4 slices - bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 dashes - worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoons - horseradish
  • Directions:

    Pre-soak black-eyed peas according to directions.

    In crockpot, mix Ro-tel, peas, garlic and enough water to cover the peas.

    Cook on high until peas are tender.

    A half hour before serving, use oil to saute ham and onions. Add to crockpot along with remaining ingredients.
