  • 34 - Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cups - oleo
  • 1 quarts - strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 1 pints - fresh strawberries, washed, hulled
  • 1/2 cups - whipping cream, whipped
  • Directions:

    Crush 20 Oreos in plastic bag with rolling pin; reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.

    Melt oleo in medium sauce pan; add crushed Oreos. Stir and press onto bottom of pie pan. Stand remaining Oreos around sides of pie pan. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

    Spread softened strawberry ice cream evenly onto crust and sprinkle top with Oreo crumbs. Freeze 2 to 3 hours.

    To serve: Stand strawberries in center of pie and spread whipped cream between strawberries and whole cookies in a border.
