Ingredients:

  • 1 cans - black beans, drained
  • 2 ears - roasted/grilled corn, cut from cob
  • 1/2 cups - red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cups - cilantro, chopped
  • 12 ounces - Brianna's Chipotle Cheddar dressing
  • Directions:

    Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing to taste. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
