  • 1 - whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cups - black beans
  • 1/4 cups - salsa
  • 2 teaspoons - minced onion
  • - chili powder, to taste
  • 1/4 cups - brown rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons - reduced-fat Mexican style shredded cheese
  • Directions:

    Saute the black beans with the salsa, minced onion, and chili powder for a few minutes until heated through and flavors combine. Serve black beans wrapped in tortilla along with rice and cheese.
