  • 4 - apples, cored, tops removed
  • 4 tablespoons - frozen blueberries or raspberries
  • 4 teaspoons - honey
  • Topping
  • 6 tablespoons - granola
  • 4 teaspoons - honey
  • 1 tablespoons - coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • Directions:

    After removing stems and cores of apples, set them in a baking dish and fill each apple with 1 tablespoon of the berries along with 1 teaspoon of honey.

    Mix the topping ingredients together in a small dish and then divide evenly among the apples, placing the topping over the berries and top of apples.

    Place a sheet of aluminum foil "tented" (not tightly) over the baking dish, and bake the apples at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until tender. Remove the foil; bake an additional 5 minutes.
