Beet Relish Tell a Friend

  • 3 cups - beets, cooked, removed from skins, grated
  • 6 cups - sugar
  • 1 cups - vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons - mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons - allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons - ground cloves
  • 1 bottles - certo pectin, such as SureJell
  • Directions:

    Mix together all ingredients and stir well in a large pan on stove. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, still stirring well. Add bottle of certo pectin and stir well. Pour into canning jars and seal. Process for 15 minutes in hot water bath.
