Beef Stroganoff with Noodles Tell a Friend

  • 01 1/2 pounds - sliced round steak
  • 1/4 cups - flour
  • - a dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cups - margarine
  • 1 cans - 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cups - chopped onion
  • 1 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1 cans - 10.5 oz. condensed beef broth
  • 1 cups - sour cream
  • 3 cups - cooked noodles (about 6 oz. uncooked)
  • Directions:

    Cut meat into thin strips, and dust with flour and pepper. Brown meat in margarine.

    Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; brown lightly. Stir in soup.

    Cover and cook about an hour or until meat is tender, stirring now and then. Gradually blend in sour cream. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Serve over noodles.
