  • 2 tablespoons - oil
  • 6 - minute steaks, cut into strips
  • 1 - onion, diced
  • 1 cloves - garlic
  • 1 cans - cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cans - 3 oz. mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cups - sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons - catsup
  • - cooked rice or noodles, for serving with
  • Directions:

    Heat oil in skillet and brown steak strips.

    Add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Remove garlic clove and excess oil.

    Add remaining ingredients; heat through and serve over hot noodles or rice.
