  • 1 bottles - Dry Red Wine, Does not need to be anything fancy, any red wine will do
  • 2 cups - Apple Cider
  • 1/2 cups - Brandy
  • 1 - Orange, sliced
  • 8 whole - Cloves, add up to 10
  • 2 - Cinnamon Sticks
  • 3 - Star Anise
  • 2 tablespoons - Honey or preferred sweetener, add to taste
  • Directions:

    1) In a pot or slow cooker, add in the wine, apple cider, spices, and honey together. If you are using a pot, bring it barely to a low simmer. Try to keep it from boiling to make sure the alcohol doesn’t evaporate away.
    2) Slice orange and add into pot
    3) Once ready to serve, add in brandy
    4) Enjoy!
