Bean Soup Tell a Friend

Ingredients:

  • 1 pounds - Navy beans
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 14 ounces - Diced tomatoes, 1 can
  • 1 - Ham bone
  • 1/2 cups - Onion, sliced
  • Directions:

    1. Beans: wash, picked and soaked overnight. Discard water.
    2. Refill pot with enough water to cove beans. Cook with ham bone, garlic cloves and onion.
    3. Bring to boil and then simmer for 3 hours. Add diced tomatoes.
    4. Season to taste and enjoy!
